Our Victims? - Dr. Pierce Tucker and Mrs. Jacqueline Tucker

Every parent longs for their children to succeed in life, to prosper, and find happiness…and Dr. and Mrs. Tucker were no exception. Dr. Pierce Tucker was an extremely talented reconstructive cosmetic surgeon, who specialized in rhinoplasty. Mrs. Jacqueline Tucker was equally successful as a well sought after interior designer by the elite of Beverly Hills. The Tuckers had three lovely daughters, Caroline, Cat, and Sissy, the youngest. Caroline and Cat were married to…let's say, and politely speaking - unmotivated, slothful, lackadaisical, lazy, lethargic slugs. This, as you can imagine, was a great disappointment to their parents. In fact on several occasions, the Tuckers threatened to take Caroline and Cat out of their will if they didn't leave their worthless husbands. On the other hand, they were most proud of Sissy who was engaged to Dr. Fickett Hunter, a plastic surgeon as well, who had recently opened his own medical practice.

So what happened? It was the night of the Tuckers' 45th anniversary and Sissy and Fickett had a special surprise. They invited Dr. and Mrs. Tucker to a very popular five star restaurant to celebrate the occasion, and to present them with tickets for a romantic Caribbean cruise. Caroline and Cat did not attend the celebration due to lack of funds, even though Dr. Fickett insisted on picking up the entire tab for everyone, including their "deadbeat" husbands. However, the sisters did manage to arrange for a very special bottle of wine to be served during the dinner, as a surprise. An interesting fact to note, is that earlier that day, the Tuckers had made an appointment to see their attorney the following day, as they had a surprise of their own.

Tell us more. How does Sophie Zeeba fit into this story? Sophie was recently discharged from the Weeping Willows Mortuary where she was employed as a beautician for the deceased. Sophie was now on the hunt for a new job, in fact, she was desperate. Why was she fired? It was an honest misunderstanding, really. When the extremely popular, long time western movie star, Whiskers O'Shay, suddenly died, Sophie thought the mortician said "shave his beard" when in fact, he said SAVE his beard, as it was O'Shay's trademark. Needless to say, Sophie got the boot after "the big shave", the word was out, and she was finished in the funeral business.

And? Later that evening, as Caroline and Cat were preparing for their own little "surprise" anniversary party for their parents, they were contacted by the Beverly Hills Police Department. It seems that after Sissy had excused herself from the table to check on the secret anniversary cake, and right before Fickett's eyes, Dr. and Mrs. Tucker dropped dead at the table. When Caroline and Cat heard the news, they were at their wits end…what happened? The PD was completely stymied as no clues were found, so Cat placed an ad in the newspaper seeking a psychic for answers…an ad that Sophie answered. Please join the sisters, their husbands, Sophie, as well as a few spirits in the night, for an evening of mystery, masquerade, and of course, MURDER!
