Refund Policy
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a game has a major problem, is faulty, or is significantly different from how it was described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. These rights are not affected by anything below.
Change of mind
Because our games are digital and you can download and host them immediately, we generally cannot offer a refund simply for change of mind once a game has been accessed, downloaded, or hosted. We may make an exception at our discretion, so it is always worth asking.
If you have not used it yet
If you bought a game and have not yet downloaded or hosted it, contact us within [14] days of purchase and we will refund you.
Faulty or not as described
If something is broken, will not load, or is not what was described, email us at info@wildheartspublishing.com.au with your order details and what went wrong. We will fix it, replace it, or refund you.
Memberships and subscriptions
You can cancel a Membership at any time to stop future charges. We do not generally refund the unused part of a current billing period, [unless required by law / except at our discretion]. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@wildheartspublishing.com.au with your name, the email you used to buy, and your order reference. We aim to reply within [3] business days.
Customers outside Australia
Your local consumer-protection laws may give you additional rights. We will always honour the rights the law in your country gives you.
